Bundanon Residency

I am extremely honoured to announce that the project BAMAL Pilgrim was accepted for a 2022 Bundanon Residency in August.

I will be developing a Body of Work in the Freedman apartment and studio that explores the connection to BAMAL (Earth) through contemporary Aboriginal iconography and art practice.

Combining iconography drawn from the body movements of the Aboriginal practice Wayapa Wuurrk I will create a collection of “new memories establishing reconnection and reconciliation with BAMAL (Earth)”.
